How Make a favorite dinner with this meatloaf recipe
This easy meatloaf recipe uses ground beef to make an dinner favorite.
Ingredients
1 lbs. ground beef.
1 egg for each pound of ground beef.
1/4 cup minced onion for each pound of ground beef. Be sure to finely mince the onion
1/4 cup fresh parsley for each pound of ground beef.
1 cup crushed crackers.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation of our Healthy Meathloaf
First step. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Second step. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except crushed crackers. Mix well.
Third step. Gradually add crushed crackers and knead mixture after each addition. Stop when the beef and crushed crackers mixture begins to feel firm.
Cuerte Steep. Form a loaf and place in pan.
Fifth Steep. Bake for 1 hour per pound until meatloaf is done.
