Recipes for Kids. Healthy and creamy vegetarian asparagus pasta.

This recipe for creamy asparagus pasta is light and easy to make, and organic ingredients makes it healthier and taste better.

Ingredients:

8 ounces whole wheat penne pasta
1 bunch of asparagus cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1 1/2 cups milk
4 teaspoons mustard
4 teaspoons flour
3 Tablespoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons tarragon
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
olive oil
pepper
salt

Preparation of our healthy pasta recipes

Cook for three minutes less than recommended on the package, ounces whole wheat penne pasta.
Then add to pasta one bunch of asparagus. Cook for other three more minutes.

Ok, in a bowl, mix the milk with one teaspoons mustard. Add flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.

Good, over medium high heat, cook two teaspoons olive oil and Tablespoons minced garlic, until fragrant.

Whisk in milk mixture with cooked garlic and lower heat to a simmer. Cook two minutes until thickened, stirring constantly.

Very good! Add tarragon, lemon zest, teaspoons lemon juice

Add sauce to the pasta and cook over medium-high heat for two minutes. Stir in cup Parmesan cheese.

Fantastic! Then top with more Parmesan and serve!
